We want all kids to have fun, learn the fundamentals of the game, build friendships and get fit!! We play 6 v 6 on a small field, with no goalies. Out of bounds is always a change of possession, and players are managed from the field to learn their positions. Games run approx. 35 minutes. It’s fun, fast and open to parents to get involved.
All games are at Guy K. Stump elementary school in Stuarts Draft. Practices are once per week at Stuarts Draft Middle School.

This is a coed 2nd – 5th grade entry level program. Players will learn the basics of the game with 2 defensive players, 2 mid field players and 2 attach players. We don’t use goalies at this level, instead we have a small goal with a crease circle around the goal that no player is allowed to enter. When the ball goes out of bounds, it is a simple change of possession. The objective is to get the kids moving, having fun, buidling friendships and learning about lacrosse. There is one practice on Wednesdays, and a late Saturday morning game. Teams are made up from schools, and we have an open team for players who don’t attend a local school or don’t have enough from their school.

This is middle school aged players. They have 3 practices a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with games on Saturdays (same as High School) **Equipment can be provided if needed **This year a new cardiac safety shoulder pad is required. It would have a tag and cardiac plate inset. Without this, a player will not be allowed to participate. The boys and girls games are different, and this is where the D3 (elementary coed) ends. |
